1. Subject to the exception under b. and unless the concerned license and/or fulltext states differently, publication details and full texts from the Radboud Repository may be duplicated and/or published in every medium and on every data carrier as well as revised and/or re-used provided that the original source is acknowledged and with reference to the URL and name of the database, being Radboud Repository.
2. Commercial use of publication details and full texts is not allowed. Commercial use is defined as: use of the publication details and or full text for financial gain, for example by means of (re)sale, license, loan, transfer, lease, commission or any other form of exploitation.

In case a publication is distributed under the terms of Article 25fa of the Dutch Copyright Act, this article entitles the maker of a short scientific work funded either wholly or partially by Dutch public funds to make that work publicly available for no consideration following a reasonable period of time after the work was first published, provided that clear reference is made to the source of the first publication of the work.

Publications of researchers employed by Dutch Universities that comply with the legal requirements of Article 25fa of the Dutch Copyright Act, are distributed online and free of cost or other barriers in institutional repositories. Publications are distributed six months after its first online publication in the original published version and with proper attribution to the source of the original publication.
